The company was founded Haj Amir Gholi Jabbar Zare, who was born in 1933 in Isfahan in a farmer family. Their collaboration continued until 1990, when Haj Amir Gholi’s other son, Mohammad Reza, obtained M.A in industrial management, and decided to make more prosperous his father’s business, by establishing a company with the subject of machinery. Since the name of the family’s their son, Rasool, had joined eternity defending his country , when he was 14, therefore Mohammad Reza gifted Rasool’s name to his mother (the main founder of Rasool Machine) and selected the company’s name as Rasool machine. The company, registered in 1991 with 20 personnel and 3,300,000,000 rls. Capital under the subject of driving, maintenance, and repair of light, heavy and semi heavy machinery; and design of maintenance and repair systems; installation of moulds and metal parts and began working with preparation, maintenance repair and driving the machinery in Mobarakeh steel company in contract, in 2004 the company management decided to make the production department into independent branches and keep the activities of Rasool machine in the sole field of maintenance, repairs and driving of the machinery. In this regard, in 2004, it participated several bids held by Zob Ahan Co. of isfahan and began developing in a broader area.
